As Alexander Shirwindt said, with age it is more difficult to fight with two diseases: alcoholism and laziness. With the first one, we are some kind of friends, we know the measure, but we do not underestimate it. Fighting the laziness it’s getting harder every time.
And believe me there is what to write about!The Logistics market slightly improved. Our cargo export line is gaining strength and successfully improving and gaining new clients. Regarding import we found our target audience – we are actively working for a growing number of customs representatives. Our company won a couple significant tenders. More and more work in the countries of the Caucasus and Central Asia. But all of this is not the main event…
In November last year, in Vilnius we registered a joint venture with an Indian partner, Mr. Vivek Bhatnagar. Who is working more than 25 years for the company ASK Automotive (P) Ltd. That is the largest manufacturer of brake linings and pads for different motorcycles, scooters and their ilk, also for heavy trucks and semi-trailers (HCV) in India. Further events unfolded rapidly: we received the certificate of conformity of the Customs Union, established numerous connections with potential buyers and actually sold a few containers in Russia and Ukraine. The market is full with dozens of brands, the vast majority of which comes from China with very low quality, but a more than attractive price. The most difficult thing was to explain to the market that our plant built in 2014 in India, is actually built by the American company Honeywell Automotive and it successfully produces and manufactures products of premium class quality with the original formula of abrasive composition, i.e. we offer a high quality product at a ridiculous price. India is unfortunately poorly represented in our market and associated with tea pack with an elephant, a ritual Sari and the red dots on the foreheads of Zita and Gita. And this is the greatest misconception: Russians are buying products at exorbitant prices so-called “premium class”, which anyway comes from India or China.
Since we are distributors of automotive spare parts, we should use our logistics experience and contacts we have with the carriers. With this aim we dedicated a trading division X – MAG. In addition to ASK Automotive (P) Ltd products, we offer shock absorbers, brake discs and drums, wheel rims etc. the Main criteria – quality, so we won’t be ashamed to look in our carriers eyes selling them our production. I am working side by side with a lot of them for almost 35 years (some people do not live so much!). I am pleased to invite You to visit our new website www.x-mag.pro. These inconveniences are due to the laziness and lack of time, about which we wrote in the beginning of this story!
I promise solemnly, to fully prepare and launch both sites until the end of June. So in August at the “Automechanika 2017” exhibition, in which we are participating, UAB “AVEXIM” and X – MAG Ltd will be prepared.
Wait for invitation to the exhibition! We will, as always have the most delicious coffee and imported Indian tea (though without the elephant), and something else that, knowing the measure will not delay the pause!
